Unauthorized redistribution, resale, sharing, dissemination through any medium (including but not limited to personal channels, Telegram groups, email distributions, social media platforms, or other digital or non-digital means) is explicitly forbidden. You acknowledge that SignalCLI reserves the right to hold you legally accountable and liable for any financial losses or damages incurred due to unauthorized reselling or distribution activities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalCLI, its affiliates, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time without prior notice for reasons including, but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
Non-payment of fees.

Additional Grounds for Termination:

SignalCLI stands firmly in support of Ukraine and condemns russia's invasion and ongoing aggression against Ukraine, initiated in 2014 and escalated significantly since 2022. We explicitly reserve the right to immediately terminate, without prior notice, any account associated directly or indirectly with russia or activities supporting russia.
SignalCLI maintains zero tolerance for associations with states or entities engaged in terrorism or war crimes, and our services shall not be extended to individuals or entities affiliated with such states, such as russia.

Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately and indefinitely.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these revised terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively by courts within the British Virgin Islands.
